At RYKOR Tactical, every product is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and are committed to making things right if something isn’t.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is produced to order:
- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.
- We do not offer exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size or color.
- Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing:
Include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we’ll arrange one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement item
- A refund (when appropriate)
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, additional shipping and fulfillment charges may apply to resend the order.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at admin@rykortactical.com. We’ll do our best to update the order before it enters production, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
